Conditions of Work, Process and Guarantees
Our approach is based on transparency, strict adherence to agreements and mutual respect. Below is a detailed description of our work regimen, which protects the interests of both parties, excludes misunderstandings and guarantees a predictable result.
1. Staged Payment and Work Process
Development of any project is divided into clear, tangible stages (sprints). These typically include:Analytics & Brief ➔ Design ➔ Development ➔ Testing & Launch.
100% advance payment for each stage: We do not take the full cost of the project as an advance, but we adhere to a strict discipline within the sprints. Before starting work on any stage, the client deposits 100% of the advance payment for that specific stage.
Example: We have agreed on the requirements and are moving to design. You pay for the design stage, we complete it and deliver it. Then you pay for the development stage, and we start coding. Moving to the next stage is impossible without closing and paying for the previous one.
2. Work Acceptance Procedure
We value our team's time and plan the workload in advance. Delaying feedback from the Client leads to downtime, so we implement a strict approval process.
Rule of 3 Working Days
По завершении каждого этапа Исполнитель направляет Заказчику уведомление (в Telegram или на Email) с результатами работы. Если Заказчик не предоставляет мотивированный список правок или не выходит на связь в течение 3 (трех) рабочих дней с момента отправки уведомления, работы по данному этапу считаются выполненными в полном объеме, согласованными и автоматически принятыми. Последующие претензии по закрытому этапу рассматриваются как отдельная задача за дополнительную плату.
3. Work Modification Policy
The number of free revision iterations is determined by the scale of the project and the preliminary estimate. Any revisions must comply with the initial Technical Specification (TS).
- ✓ Basic Projects (up to $1000): One comprehensive revision iteration is included at the design stage. All comments are collected into a single list.
- ✓ Corporate Solutions and E-commerce (from $1000): 2 (two) revision iterations are included at each visual stage.
- ✓ Outside the Scope of the TS: If the revision contradicts the initially agreed Technical Specification (e.g., "let's add a personal cabinet, even though it wasn't in the estimate" or "let's completely change the structure of the approved page"), it is evaluated as additional work and billed separately at the studio's hourly rate.
4. Copyrights and Portfolio
Product Handover
After full payment for the project, the rights to commercially use the product (source code, database structure, and design) are transferred to the Client. You receive a fully independent tool that works for your business.
Right to Portfolio (Authorship)
We are proud of what we do. The studio retains the right to indicate its authorship and also publish screenshots, links, and descriptions of the development process (case studies) in its public portfolio, unless otherwise stipulated by a confidentiality agreement (NDA) prior to the start of the work.
